Definition of Stress :
In medical terms stress is described as, "a physical or psychological stimulus that can produce mental tension or physiological reactions that may lead to illness."
With trials up and about, stress is the only thing happening around me. Students studying hard for trials, stressful teachers trying to do some revision to help us, and stressful Adeline Sia who does not have any idea how to do any of the past year papers. It's like I've been too stressed out throughout the whole year, worrying about small class tests and last minute assignments that now the BIG and IMPORTANT trials doesn't seem to have any effect on me. I'm not even studying, I'm blogging WTH. I'm still procrastinating (as usual) and is not having any progression on how to do most of the questions. And then it's one month left till FINALS.
Good. No more time to study edi. Very good.
But no worries, I've googled some effective ways to combat those stupid stress.
